Clark Stevens, Principal - Clark has a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and associate degree in General Agriculture. His knowledge of agriculture is highly beneficial to the land use application process, especially for owners of agricultural lands. Clark has been a consultant for Richard Stevens and Associates, Inc. since 1995. Prior to becoming a consultant for the firm, he was an agricultural consultant and foreman for a fertilizer company.

Megan LaNier Wattier, Principal - Megan has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Communications. She has a strong background in technical research and writing, which are necessities for the application process. Megan has been a consultant for Richard Stevens and Associates, Inc. since 2002. Before becoming a consultant, Megan was a manager and guide for a rafting and kayaking company.

Michael LaNier, Consultant, has recently retired - His history in Public Administration has added to the company knowledge base, and has been passed on to the current partners. Mike had a strong understanding of statutes and regulations, which is required for the land use permit application process. Michael had been a consultant for Richard Stevens and Associates, Inc. since 1980.

Kelly Marquess, Office Manager - Kelly is a certified bookkeeper with a background in mathematics and construction. She has been the office manager for Richard Stevens and Associates, Inc. since 2010. Prior to being an office manager, Kelly was a self-employed hardwood flooring installer.
