7/16/18: Public Hearing


Consideration of the Planning Department’s tentative denial of an application for a Type 2 Lot Legality Determination requesting recognition of three parcels contained within the boundaries of Tax Lots 1101 and 2100, on a 13.68 acre parcel, zoned RR-5 (Rural Residential 5), and located 4000 Walker Creek Road.  The property is legally described as Township 37 South, Range 2 West, Section 30A, Tax Lots 1101 and 2100.  The application was submitted and appealed by Richard James through his agent Kelly Marquess Tivnan, Richard Stevens & Associates, Inc., P. O. Box 4368, Medford, OR 97501.  File No. 439-18-00519-ZON.
