Consideration of the Planning Department’s tentative approval of an application for a Type 2 Nonconforming Use Verification of pre-existing, nonconforming medical marijuana production, on a 4.95 acre parcel, zoned Rural Residential – 5 (RR-5), and located 12932 Highway 234, Gold Hill.  The property is legally described as Township 36 South, Range 3 West, Section 11, Tax Lot 1200.  The criteria for reviewing this application is attached.  The application was submitted by Steve Hunt, PO Box 5644, Central Point, OR 97502, through his agent Ross Day of Day Law & Associates, PC, 15055 SW Sequoia Parkway, Ste. #170, Portland, OR 97224. The request for public hearing was submitted by Andrew Harrison, 12950 Hwy 234, Gold Hill, through his agent Robert A.
