Consideration of the Planning Department’s tentative approval of an application for a realignment of Blackwell Road, on a 60.80 acre parcel, zoned Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) and Aggregate Resource (AR), located at Blackwell Road Intersection.  The property is legally described as Township 36 South, Range 2 West, Section 21 & 28, Tax Lots 1300, 1303, 1900, 2700 & 2800.  The application was submitted by ODOT, through their agent, John McDonald, 3500 NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg, OR 97470. Request for a Public Hearing was submitted by Donald J. Savage of Savage Properties LLC,  7260 Blackwell Rd., Central Point, OR 97502.  File 439-16-02499-ZON.
